Creating PCRaster runtime models.

Many users of PCRaster find themselves in the position where they develop sophisticated models they want to share with their clients. However, for a number of reasons, they don't want to share model code with their clients. These reasons might include protecting your intellectual property (making sure nobody can read your code or can copy it to other projects) or protecting the integrity of your models (making sure nobody can fiddle with your code and thus create unwanted results).

The PCRaster Runtime Creator allows you to create runtime-only versions of your scripts. These runtime-only versions can not be read or opened in an editor, and thus your code is protected from unwanted changing or reading. By distributing runtime-only script versions you are also able to transfer the use of PCRaster extensions for that specific script to your clients. The runtime-only version however can be executed by the free version of PCRaster, so your clients can run the models with the standard software.
